A Hut8 Tectorial: Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) same-security-traffic Configuration Supplement

In this tectorial, Module 7a, we do a deep dive on the same-security-traffic permit inter-interface command and see how it behaves with the default Modular Policy Framework and Access Rules as well as when explicit ACLs are applied. We also take a comprehensive look at the semantics of the ASA ‘BASE’ license and see that it works brilliantly for an inside/outside/dmz solution. Enjoy!
