What do Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) network types, Secure Shell (SSH) versions, and mismatched Hot Standby Router Protocol (HSRP) group numbers have to do with one and other? You guessed it: They are all happening in the TINC Garbage Disposal network as we speak! In this video tutorial we take a look at multiple ways to resolve all of these issues and even see that you can intentionally ‘mismatch’ OSPF network types as long as you match their DR/BDR election affinity and timers! True story! 🙂
