CCNAv7 – Enterprise Networking, Security, & Automation (ESNA) – Packet Tracer 6.8.1 – NAT for IPv4 challenge

In this comprehensive and exhaustive techtorial on Packet Tracer activity 6.8.1 (NAT for IPv4 Challenge), we take a look at how to configure Dynamic NAT with Overload/PAT, the associated Access Control List (ACL) that defines the inside local IPs eligible for translation, and how to bind the ACL and NAT pool together. We then examine how to configure static NAT. We end with a few validation commands thrown in for good measure! Enjoy!

*This techtorial/Packet Tracer activity is all done running Packet Tracer version 7.3.0 (for the Mac) which was recently released and is the MINIMUM version you can use for any of the new CCNAv7 curriculum activities!
